JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for a full-time position (40 hours per week) join our delivery team and support the conducting and follow-up of candidate processes across different markets in Argentina. This role involves a combination of administrative, coordination, and light technical tasks, with a strong focus on ensuring efficient process execution. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. You’ll support the candidate journey from start to finish — using AI tools to screen applicants, coordinating interviews with specialists, and helping match top IT talent with some of the world’s most exciting companies. You’ll also get hands-on experience with technology platforms, collaborate daily with our Recruitment and Delivery teams, and develop your communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Office Suite (MS Office or Google Workspace), especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken level of English .
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are important.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform basic IT-related tasks within the local development center or regional office (e.g., access requests, documentation, and internal tools setup).
• Conduct initial AI-driven interviews for open client positions, following structured evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate interviews for candidates with specialists or Delivery Managers, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
• Interact closely with the Recruitment and Delivery teams to align candidate progress and feedback.
• Monitor and manage the candidate's lifecycle, ensuring each stage of the process is accurately tracked.
• Assist in preparing and supporting candidate presentations to clients.
• Register and update all relevant information in the company's tracking platforms, maintaining data accuracy and process consistency.
