Do you want to shape digital products that connect businesses and talent across the world? At ProUnity, part of HeadFirst Group, you will help evolve a platform that transforms how organisations find, manage, and collaborate with professionals. As Product Manager (Medior), you will guide a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes that matter for users and for the business.

Location: Brussels, hybrid, at least three days per week on site

Collaboration: Close partnership with teams in Hoofddorp and London, occasional travel

You Will

  • Own a product domain, define the vision and roadmap, and align priorities with platform and business goals;
  • Lead discovery and delivery, turn user and business problems into validated solutions, and ship value early and often;
  • Partner with engineering, design, commercial, operations, and support to launch smoothly and measure impact;
  • Use data, user feedback, and research to inform decisions, set KPIs, and iterate continuously;
  • Raise the bar for product practices, share learnings, and help strengthen our product culture.

What We Offer

You will be employed by ProUnity BV under Belgian conditions.

  • Full-time, permanent contract with competitive salary, holiday allowance, and 13th month under PC200;
  • Monthly net allowance of €150 for homeworking and expenses, plus meal vouchers of €8 per working day;
  • Company car or mobility budget with fuel or charging card for Belgium;
  • Pension contribution of 5 percent fully paid by the employer and hospitalisation insurance;
  • 32 paid holidays per year, including 12 ADV days, and a hybrid setup with three days in the office;
  • Learning budget including five training days per year and a modern, accessible office in Brussels.

Je ontvangt 8,33% vakantiegeld en hebt recht op 27 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Zo heb je voldoende ruimte om op te laden.

Hybride werken

Wij ondersteunen hybride werken en hanteren hiervoor een 60/40-verdeling, waarbij je bij een fulltime dienstverband drie dagen op kantoor bent en twee dagen vanuit huis kunt werken.

Premievrij pensioen

Wij betalen jouw volledige pensioenpremie. Je bouwt dus pensioen op zonder dat je daar zelf aan bijdraagt. Je houdt hierdoor een hoger nettosalaris over.

Prestatiebonus

Afhankelijk van jouw prestaties én die van HeadFirst Group kun je jaarlijks een extra beloning ontvangen van één of twee maandsalarissen.

Wat wij verwachten van jou

  • 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience in a cross-functional product team, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or HRTech;
  • A track record of turning user and business needs into clear product outcomes;
  • Strong discovery skills, including research, experimentation, and validation;
  • Experience in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban;
  • Confidence with data, from defining KPIs to prioritising with analytics and user insights;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international context;
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; Dutch or French is a plus.
