Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager. Based in Tallinn, this role allows for partial remote work while requiring some on-site collaboration. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project management, coordinating tenders, compiling technical solutions, expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery, and assisting with overall project management activities. They will also help maintain clear communication with stakeholders to drive project efficiency and success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or skills in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and execution
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Inspection processes
- Familiarity with Logistics Management for efficient supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively
- Relevant education or certifications in Project Management or related fields are advantageous
