What will you do?

You’ll join our AI & Integrations stream — the crew building new AI capabilities and connecting our product with tools from the modern data stack. Help us build and deliver reliable, high-quality AI and integration features that make a real impact.

• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios to validate AI product functionality and integrations (e.g. Collibra, Purview, CData, Microsoft Fabric, DBT).
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product specifications.
• Perform regression testing.
• Bring AI-based toolsets and frameworks into our QA processes to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Develop effective test automation in areas where it provides clear value and impact.
• Test and validate integrations with enterprise data platforms and APIs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, AI tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to defining our AI quality standards and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• More than 3 years of proven experience as a Software QA Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience in testing AI or machine learning systems.
• Experience in testing integrations — ideally with data platforms such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, CData, or dbt. Any solid integration testing experience is highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in data management, data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics — not required, but definitely a plus.

• Our office is in Lauttasaari, Helsinki
• We work in a hybrid model (usually a few office days per week)
