Investor Relations Specialist

We are looking for a "Investor Relations Specialist" for our growing team.

Qualifications

• Having Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investor relations, audit, equity research, corporate finance or investment analysis preferred,
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once,
• A great team player and self-starter with a go-getter attitude.

Job Description

• Preparing KAP disclosures and monitoring developments related to MKK, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding public information,
• Supporting monthly share performance report and quarterly financial benchmark analysis. Findings will be shared with Zorlu Energy Group Leadership Team.
• Supporting the preparation of all kinds of communication materials (investor presentations, activity reports and etc.), preparing answers to investor questions, organizing events for investors (teleconference, analyst day, etc.),
• Helping to the Investor Relations website to ensure it is up to date,
• Following up on news and forum comments about Zorlu Energy Group and its peers, keeping and developing the Investor Relations database.
