We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves clean architecture, and gets things done. Someone who can take a ticket, understand the “why”, and deliver elegant, production-ready solutions that scale.

You’ll join a small, highly capable team working hands-on on real user flows. No endless layers of approval, no corporate maze. Just code that performs, products that matter, and users who actually care.

• Develop and maintain Taleroo’s frontend with js 14 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui


• Refactor and modularize existing components into clean, maintainable structures


• Collaborate closely with our Senior Full-Stack Developer (Kinjal) on architecture and delivery speed


• Translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and performant UI/UX directly in code


• Integrate PostHog analytics for product insights and optimize performance across deployments on Vercel


• Gradually shape our lightweight design system and component library for long-term consistency


• (Nice to have) Experiment with Capacitor / Expo to bring web functionality to mobile environments

• 3+ years of professional experience in React / Next.js and component-driven architecture


• Strong command of TypeScript and Tailwind CSS


• Proven ability to refactor, debug, and simplify complex codebases


• Product-oriented mindset: you care about usability, speed, and clean user flows


• Familiarity with Vercel, PostHog, and Figma for cross-functional collaboration


• Communicative and proactive. You’ll own the frontend direction together with our full-stack lead


• Bonus: experience with shadcn/ui, Framer Motion, Recharts, or hybrid app frameworks (Capacitor, Expo)

• Hybrid setup: 3 days in our Potsdam office, 2 days remote
