We are looking for “Technical Product Manager - Mobile” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey .

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

• Acting as a technical product manager in mobile projects,
• Technical analysis, coordination and consolidation of backend and client infrastructure,
• Following and owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, preparing and prioritising the product backlog,
• Making assessments, technical feasibilities and creating work plans according to the needs of customers,
• Determining test scenarios and ensuring and coordinating end user testing,
• Conducting business analyses, defining needs and processes,
• Carrying out UX/UI related works together with agency and design teams,
• Monitoring the budget and operational processes related to products and services,
• Follow-up of product and service needs, customer complaints and coordination of the relevant parties,
• Contributing to the product vision by following current global developments related to product and service Technologies,
• Monitoring the HW/SW capacity and performance of the product and service,
• Preparation of proposal forms for new products, execution of Proof of Concept studies and product selection,
• Preparing academic and technical articles and conducting patent studies within the scope of R&D roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree graduates from relevant departments of universities,
• 5+ years of experience in backend, Android, iOS mobile application development processes and technical product management,
• Preferably experience and interest in payment services,
• Good command of English,
• Analytical thinking, skilled in problem solving, creative, result and solution orientated,
• Able to prioritise, plan, follow up actions and report effectively,
• Able to keep up with the busy working tempo with effective time management,
• Able to manage uncertainties and rapid changes, open to innovations,
• Strong communication and coordination skills, high persuasion skills, high presentation and reporting skills,
• Knowledge and experience in Agile working methods and tools.
