Overview of the Role

We’re looking for someone who understands how design influences emotion and behaviour, thrives in solving complex problems, and crafts experiences that are both beautiful and purpose-driven.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver thoughtful design solutions that solve real user and business needs.

• Lead research activities—such as user interviews, testing sessions, and feedback analysis—to guide design decisions and continually refine the experience.

• Produce polished visual concepts and dynamic, clickable prototypes with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

• Maintain a cohesive design language while ensuring layouts are adaptive, accessible, and optimised across all devices and screen sizes.

• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or a similar creative role.

• Experience in one or more specialized areas such as Motion Design, Illustration, 3D Design,
• Unity, Unreal Engine, Sound Design, Prototyping for hardware/software, or Coding.

• A strong, well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms.

• Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
