We are looking for a Digital Designer with solid experience in the digital world and a strong collaborative attitude. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in interface design and operational management of creative workflows.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UX area in defining the UI and contribute to the development of components to accelerate processes
- Support and coordinate the Design Content Factory, together with the UX Manager
- Work alongside the Content Strategy area in the creation of digital content
- Prepare clear and comprehensive briefs for the Brand Team, ensuring the production of necessary assets
- Supervise the outputs of the Content Factory
- Contribute to the quality of digital advertising assets
- Collaborate with Brand and Production teams for photo shoots
- Align with the Content and Product Teams to understand communication needs and priorities
- Manage deadlines while maintaining an organized, positive, and solution-oriented approach
- Ensure visual consistency across different channels
- Contribute to process simplification
- 3–5 years of experience in digital design or related roles
- Good knowledge of interface design and major UI/UX tools
- Team-oriented attitude and operational coordination skills
- Attention to detail, strong visual sensitivity, and proactive mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good command of English
