Right now, we’re rapidly growing our web platform and moving to a new level.

That’s why we’re looking for a Business Assistant - a highly organized, proactive person who will work directly with the director.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full range of director tasks - from key business processes to personal organization.
  • Research and build lists of potential partners, negotiate advertising deals, and secure the best terms.
  • Keep the director informed and updated with relevant information.
  • Work with Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and calendars, prepare reports.
  • Create presentations, banners, web designs, and social media materials.
  • Generate AI-based photo sessions and visual assets.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and partners.
  • Plan the director’s day, meetings, calls, and priorities.
  • Track and ensure task completion and deadlines.
  • Prepare documents and contracts.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence.
  • React quickly to new tasks and requests.
