Right now, we’re rapidly growing our web platform and moving to a new level.
That’s why we’re looking for a Business Assistant - a highly organized, proactive person who will work directly with the director.

Who we're looking for:

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full range of director tasks - from key business processes to personal organization.
- Research and build lists of potential partners, negotiate advertising deals, and secure the best terms.
- Keep the director informed and updated with relevant information.
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and calendars, prepare reports.
- Create presentations, banners, web designs, and social media materials.
- Generate AI-based photo sessions and visual assets.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and partners.
- Plan the director’s day, meetings, calls, and priorities.
- Track and ensure task completion and deadlines.
- Prepare documents and contracts.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence.
- React quickly to new tasks and requests.
