We bridge traditional finance and crypto — enabling seamless on/off-ramp, vIBANs, and cross-border stablecoin flows under a regulated framework.

Our mission: connect 100+ countries through compliant stablecoin rails.


The Role


We’re looking for a hands-on commercial builder — someone who can drive sales, close strategic deals, and grow Nodu’s network of institutional clients and partners.

You’ll take ownership of our revenue pipeline and turn high-value opportunities into active relationships.

We’ve already built a qualified database of over 10,000 potential partners and clients, so your main focus will be to prioritize the most promising leads, engage them effectively, and close deals.

This role blends enterprise sales, business development, and ecosystem partnerships — ideal for a fintech/crypto professional who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Identify, target, and engage banks, PSPs, fintechs, payment gateways, crypto native businesses, exchanges for stablecoin-based treasury and settlement solutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market playbooks by segment (e.g. remittance, payments, BaaS, digital assets).
  • Lead partner integration discussions with product and tech teams — ensure each new deal converts into live volume.
  • Build and manage a structured commercial pipeline using CRM tools and performance metrics.
  • Work with compliance to align each opportunity with risk appetite, KYC/KYB and regulatory expectations.
  • Represent Nodu at industry events, fintech forums, and client meetings to grow our visibility and network.
  • Provide market feedback to shape product, pricing, and new corridor launches.


About You


  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, crypto or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise or institutional deals (banks, payment providers, fintechs, or wallet/exchange partnerships).
  • Excellent understanding of cross-border payments, stablecoins, or fiat-to-crypto infrastructure.
  • Fluent in commercial negotiation, pricing discussions, and building long-term partner relationships.
  • Operational mindset — you care about delivery and results, not just pipeline numbers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex conversations, and coordinate across product, tech, and compliance teams.
  • Strong communicator — clear, credible, and confident in front of senior decision-makers.
