About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics to lead Desktronic’s global marketing analytics strategy.
In this role, you’ll build and scale the analytical foundations that shape how we invest, experiment, and grow. You’ll own Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), media performance analytics, and AI-driven optimization across our EU and US markets — ensuring every decision is powered by insight, not instinct.
As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you’ll help translate data into clarity, guide investments that drive measurable growth, and champion a data-driven marketing culture across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM): Design and operationalize MMM frameworks to quantify channel and campaign impact on sales and key business KPIs.
- Drive Optimization: Use model insights to guide budget allocation, scenario planning, and performance improvement across digital and offline channels.
- Advance AI-Enabled Analytics: Introduce and manage AI solutions that enhance automation, predictive analysis, and marketing decision-making.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align analytical insights with company-wide goals.
- Innovate and Evolve: Explore emerging methodologies — from causal inference to incrementality testing — to elevate Desktronic’s analytical maturity.
- Mentor and Inspire: Build analytical literacy across teams and foster a culture where data empowers action.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or marketing mix modeling, ideally within e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Proficiency with R, SQL, Power BI or similar analytical tools.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and marketing attribution principles.
- Strong ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset — able to balance analytical precision with business impact.
- Experience in cross-border marketing analytics (EU and US) or leading small analytical teams is a strong plus.
