Full Stack Java Developer – Luxembourg (EU Institutions | Hybrid | B2B)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join a EU Institution in Luxembourg. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to contribute to large-scale, meaningful European digital transformation initiatives while enjoying a flexible hybrid work model.

Technical Environment:

• Java 17 or 21 for backend development
• Angular 17 for modern and responsive frontend interfaces
• Experience with Spring Boot 3 and Microservices architecture is considered an advantage

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in full stack or backend development
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (working language of the project)
• Experience working on international-level public sector projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
