Agile Test Coach

Agile Test Coach - Luxembourg - Long-term Freelance Contract - Hybrid

Currently supporting my leading banking customer in Luxembourg on their search for an Agile Test Coach to join their team to be responsible for supporting the transformation of testing practices and strengthening the quality culture.

You would be hired to support teams in the implementation, improvement and sustainability of testing practices within agile cycles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc), while promoting the development of skills within the teams on test automation.

As a result, we're looking for someone with solid experience in the field of software testing, combined with a good command of agile practices, quality-oriented organisational transformation and strong communication skills.

Please note, in order to be successful applicant, you must speak French and be willing to work hybrid in Luxembourg city centre.
