- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

- Approximately 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java web frameworks, operating at Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead level.
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and external partners to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Ensure application performance, stability, scalability, and overall quality.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, structure, and automation practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and workflows.
- Support highly critical applications in a 24x7 production environment.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every 7–8 weeks).
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (HBO/WO or equivalent).
- Strong experience designing and deploying web applications and RESTful services.
- Background in building complex, highly available and mission-critical systems.
- Cloud development experience and familiarity with cloud-native/serverless architectures (Azure experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience leading technical projects end-to-end.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging patterns.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working with messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka).
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, DevOps workflows, and automated deployment.
- Understanding of monitoring and observability tools, metrics instrumentation, and health monitoring frameworks.
- Primarily experienced in Java but comfortable working with Angular and maintaining frontend applications.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (e.g., UiPath)
