About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join the team in Oss. In this role you will support the Marketing Manager with daily activities related to the product portfolio. You will actively participate in all phases of product management - from product introduction to life-cycle management - supporting internal stakeholders (sales, customer service) and external partners (hospitals and distributors).

You will also play an important administrative and supporting role within the Quality Management System (QMS) and assist with product registration processes for export markets. This is an excellent position for someone who wants to develop skills across product management, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support product launches and ensure correct life-cycle management of the portfolio.
  • Enter, manage and maintain product information in the ERP system (Exact Globe) in collaboration with purchasing.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers about existing and new products.
  • Handle product complaints and prepare product documentation.
  • Support sales teams with product information and product knowledge.
  • Manage and update website content.
  • Publish and archive QMS documents and processes.
  • Organise and follow up on QMS-related training sessions.
  • Support product registration processes for export markets by providing required documentation.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with (mock) recall activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a commercial discipline).
  • Accurate, communicative, detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Eager to learn, works independently but is also a true team player.
  • Experience with ERP systems or quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Experience or understanding of medical device regulations (MDR) and quality systems (ISO 13485).
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
