What do they want?

• Interdisciplinary mindset: your views will be important throughout the process; from concept and design, to implementation and operation.
• 3+ years working with Typescript/Javascript and React.JS
• Experience with Java and PostgreSQL
• Desire to be responsible for overall structure and architecture
• Capacity to lead development team and contribute to their professional development through coaching and mentoring
• A pragmatic leader who is able to translate technical expertise into improving the quality of existing services
• A big plus if you have a good eye for design and user experience, and want to contribute to the process with concept and design as well
