About The Opportunity
As a Listing Business Development Manager at Bitvavo, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital asset offering. Sitting at the intersection of business development, strategy, and market intelligence, you will be part of the Listings team—responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and managing the digital assets available on our platform. This team collaborates closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Marketing to ensure we bring high-quality, impactful assets to our users. Your work will directly support Bitvavo’s mission of making digital assets accessible and trustworthy for everyone.

About The Opportunity
As a Listing Business Development Manager at Bitvavo, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital asset offering. Sitting at the intersection of business development, strategy, and market intelligence, you will be part of the Listings team—responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and managing the digital assets available on our platform. This team collaborates closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Marketing to ensure we bring high-quality, impactful assets to our users. Your work will directly support Bitvavo’s mission of making digital assets accessible and trustworthy for everyone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively scout and identify digital assets based on market trends, data, and strategic alignment
- Build and nurture relationships with protocols, venture funds, launchpads, and key ecosystem partners
- Manage incoming listing requests, evaluating them against internal criteria and documentation standards
- Partner with the Assessment team to conduct thorough due diligence on potential listings
- Prepare and present listing proposals to the Listings Committee for internal decision-making
- Identify and lead opportunities for exclusive listings, co-marketing campaigns, and strategic collaborations
- Represent Bitvavo at national and international crypto conferences to expand our network and visibility
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or investment analysis within crypto, fintech, or technology
- Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and the broader digital asset landscape
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an existing professional network in the crypto ecosystem considered a strong advantage
- Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and make sound, ethical decisions aligned with Bitvavo’s values
- Proven collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings and works effectively toward shared goals
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
