Job Title: Product Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for Insurance, Capital Market, and Wealth Management systems.
- Manage production applications and systems, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Analyze incidents, troubleshoot, and deploy fixes in coordination with stakeholders.
- Oversee testing and production implementation of releases.
- Ensure smooth project and change delivery, including testing and deployment.
- Conduct IT health checks and support incident/change management processes.
- Proficient in SQL/Queries, .NET, and Microservices.
- Experience in production support or technical support in relevant systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- AWS cloud knowledge is a plus.
