We are looking for:

A Senior .NET Developer with a strong focus on authentication and cloud-based solutions, to join our team working closely with international colleagues in HQ. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing the authentication layer for a wide range of services, supporting our transition to the Azure Cloud and ensuring secure, scalable solutions for the entire company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working as a Senior .NET Developer in a dedicated, product-focused team on the development and enhancement of REST services and products.
• Contributing to the Aurora Identity Platform, integrating identity providers (e.g., VW Group) with VWFS AG applications.
• Designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions (Identity Provider, PhotoTAN, Multi-Factor Authentication) for dealer systems, banking platforms, and more.
• Collaborating with business units and IT to develop new ideas and solutions for diverse requirements.
• Creating and maintaining automated tests, continuously improving quality and reliability.
• Advising national and international customers and users on the capabilities and use of the Aurora Framework and cloud platform.
• Taking responsibility along with your team for the quality and security of the solutions delivered.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Extensive practical experience with internet security mechanisms such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, ADFS 2019, and Duende Identity Server.
• Several years of experience developing service-oriented systems (SOA, REST Services, WebAPI).
• Deep knowledge of multi-layer architectures and internet applications using Microsoft .NET C#, Visual Studio 2019/2022, and Azure DevOps Services with Git repositories.
• Experience with UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus.
• Strong experience with Azure core resources (App Services, WebJobs, KeyVaults, Storage Accounts, LogAnalytics/Application Insights).
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively within larger, international teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English (at least B2 level).
• German language skills would be a nice to have.
