Fundraisr.ai (previously Avalanche Capital) is changing the way founders raise capital. We’re a fast-moving startup building tools that streamline and scale the fundraising process - and we’re now looking for a Web & UX/UI Designer to become a core part of our team.

This is our first in-house hire for this function, which means you’ll have real ownership, significant creative input, and the opportunity to grow quickly alongside the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive, user-focused web and product experiences
• Create and evolve our brand, visual identity, and design system
• Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Translate user insights into clear, thoughtful interaction and interface designs
• Rapidly concept, prototype, and iterate based on feedback

Who You Are:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and web design capability
• Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments where things move quickly
• Proactive, autonomous, and confident owning design decisions
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and experimentation
