The Position
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic IT Specialist to join our Roche Diagnostics in Zagreb, Croatia who will be responsible for providing technical expertise through installation, configuration and maintenance of company software products, focusing on cybersecurity and workflows.
Your Impact:
- Provide IT support across various software solutions
- Help perform workflows, on-site installations, verifications upgrades of assigned Roche equipment, software applications and/or systems in accordance with department guidelines
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Roche solutions, cybersecurity and networking
- Implement, track and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect Roche solutions
- Ensure seamless connectivity and communication among Roche solutions
- Collaborate with medical professionals to understand and implement communication protocols within the medical field
- Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions covering Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina
- You hold bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
- You bring at least 2 years’ experience in implementing, and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products, medical diagnostic equipment, reagents and/or systems
- You have familiarity with communication protocols in the medical field is a significant advantage
- You have a comprehensive understanding of computer connectivity and related technologies
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- You are fluent in Croatian and English, both written and spoken. Slovenian is considered a nice-to-have
- You demonstrate high attention to details and ability to work independently
- You have strong stakeholder management skills & ability to multitask
- You have a proactive mindset with eagerness to learn & grow within the role
- You have team player attitude, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and set the right priorities
