Join Bragg's Indigo Magic Studio as a Senior Game Mathematician for Casino Games, and you will be designing math models for our engaging iGaming content portfolio. You will be working in an enthusiastic, flexible & multicultural team where knowledge and experience are readily shared and appreciated.
Our Indigo Magic Studio has several game projects running simultaneously, so expect to work as part of a team but your experience as a mathematician means that you will work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate combines deep statistical and probabilistic modeling skills with creative insight into player engagement and commercial awareness of regulated markets (U.S., .com, EU, LatAm).
This role will work closely with Producers, Artists, Engineers and QA to translate creative concepts into mathematically sound, engaging, and compliant products.
While most of the team works remotely, we are searching for someone located within 4 hours of CET.

Your Responsibilities
- Design slot math models that align with creative briefs, target player experiences and support regional market penetration strategies.
- Analyze internal and competitor products to identify exploitable opportunities for new feature and mechanic design and create differentiated math strategies with strong, marketable USPs.
- Partner with producers and designers to align math with creative intent ensuring themes, visuals, and features synergize with the math model’s feel, intent and pacing.
- Create game simulators in C# to tune and optimize math balance, verify integrity and statistical data
- Partner with all team members throughout the entire game development and approval lifecycle to ensure efficient and effective delivery for all target jurisdictions
- Support compliance and certification teams by preparing all required math calculations and supporting documentation
- Creation of math models that outperform portfolio median
- Reduced time-to-certification and zero rework due to math-related compliance issues.
- Contribution to 1–2 new Bragg mechanic families per year with repeatable math scalability.
- 5+ years of experience as a Mathematician working with Casino Games;
- Degree in mathematics, ideally in probability/statistics,
- Understanding of jurisdictional constraints (RTP ranges, max win caps, etc) in U.S., EU, and LatAm regulated markets.
- Ability to communicate complex math concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience balancing progressive jackpot systems, and leading market game mechanics.
