- 6+ years overall experience, 4+ years relevant in AI/ML
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration (MCP, A2A protocols)
- Solid foundation in ML techniques: classification, clustering, regression, neural networks
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL design, and data transformation
- Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
