Four our international client, we are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead a global portfolio of strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business environment. This role combines project leadership with strategic HR business partnering, focusing on transformation, organizational change, and operational excellence across multiple international functions.
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Workload: 100
Home office: 2 days per week
You will drive cross-functional HR programs, ensure alignment with business priorities, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project management, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement in complex, matrixed organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage global HR transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and operational execution
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks, timelines, and reporting structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR-related workstreams
- Translate HR data into actionable insights using advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Prepare executive-level briefings and presentations to support decision-making and project visibility
- Act as a strategic HR partner to selected global business units, supporting leadership in people strategy execution
- Drive change management, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives
Your Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in HR, project management, or related analytical functions within international organizations
- Proven track record in leading complex HR programs, ideally including transformation or restructuring projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
- High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or Project Management (Master’s preferred)
- Fluent in English (business level)
