As a Senior Unity Developer, you’ll be deep in the code—building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that power our games. You’ll work with a massive, live codebase, implement new gameplay and UI features, fine‑tune performance, and ensure smooth client‑server interactions. If you love solving hard problems, take pride in clean architecture, and can navigate complex systems without reaching for the “rewrite” button—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and improve a large‑scale, existing Unity codebase.
• Implement new gameplay features, UI elements, and client‑server workflows.
• Collaborate with art, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless game experiences.
• Profile, debug, and optimize CPU, GPU, and memory usage for mobile performance.
• Integrate in‑app purchases, ads, analytics, and live‑ops features.
• Ship builds to iOS and Android stores, ensuring smooth release and update processes.
• Work from detailed technical documentation with minimal supervision, asking the right questions when needed.
• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative team culture—mentoring others where possible.

You Bring

• Experience & Core Tech – 5 + years in game development; expert in Unity (iOS / Android) and C# / . NET; strong grasp of SOLID principles, Unity UI, and StrangeIoC; skilled with large‑scale modular architectures using design patterns / ECS / DOTS.
• Performance – Proficient with Addressables, memory optimization, CPU/GPU profiling, Render Pipeline analysis, Burst compiler, Jobs system, and multithreading.
• Platform Delivery – Comfortable with Xcode (provisioning, code‑signing, TestFlight / App Store Connect, Metal optimization) and Android Studio (Google Play release).
• Backend & Live‑ops – Understanding of client‑server architecture; experience with in‑app purchases, push notifications, analytics, ads, Game Center / Google Play Games integration.
• Production Pipeline – Experience with CI/CD build automation (Jenkins / GitHub Actions), automated testing, and version control (Git or Perforce) with code‑review practices.
• Soft Skills – Upper‑intermediate + English, ability to write clear technical documentation, present solutions, and work productively with multi‑disciplinary teams.
