About This Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master Specialist to join our Project Support Office in Bucharest, Romania. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will act as a servant-leader and project coordinator, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile practices, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

About This Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master Specialist to join our Project Support Office in Bucharest, Romania. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will act as a servant-leader and project coordinator, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile practices, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
What you will do
- Coordinate Agile project delivery using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and escalation calls
- Support backlog refinement and ensure alignment with measurable project outcomes
- Define priorities, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals
- Resolve delivery obstacles and foster effective collaboration across teams
- Prepare implementation plans based on team capacity and sprint planning outcomes
- Use visualisation boards and delivery data to manage workflow and planning sessions
- Promote adherence to Scrum and SAFe principles and practices
- Coach teams on Agile techniques and support continuous improvement
- Produce credible delivery forecasts and progress reports using delivery data
- Contribute actively to the Agile community of practice
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in software development
- Proven experience in IT/Telco operations with a track record of successful delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Delivery/Integration in public cloud environments
- Skilled in Jira and Confluence with advanced tool knowledge
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of managing cross-cultural, co-located teams
- Strong time-management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in business-critical environments and strategic stakeholder engagement
- Professional experience in the Telco industry is preferred
