Job Description

Are you ready to shape the data-driven transformation of a global innovation leader? Kanadevia Inova is looking for a Group Director Data & Analytics CoE to define and drive our enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy. This is your chance to lead a Center of Excellence that powers AI innovation, advanced analytics, and fact-based decision-making across all business units.

What You’ll Do

• Set the Vision: Define and implement a group-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Enable AI Innovation: Deliver advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities, integrating cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI.
• Build a Data Culture: Create a cross-functional community, drive upskilling, and foster a mindset of data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver Insights: Ensure consistent BI platforms and reporting services across the organization.
• Collaborate Globally: Act as the key interface between business units, IT, and external partners for data and analytics topics.
• Community Building: Establish and manage a cross-functional Data & Analytics community of practice. Drive upskilling, best-practice sharing, and a data-driven mindset across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in data management, BI/analytics, or AI leadership roles.
• Expertise in data governance, cloud-based platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Proven success in delivering AI/ML use cases that create business value. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills; English required, German is a plus.
