- Automate complex decision workflows.
- Personalize experiences for hundreds of millions of players.
- Reduce manual operational load while boosting impact and efficiency.

So, what about you? You’re not only a technical expert but also a collaborative leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You have experience in several of the following areas:
Core Expertise
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience applying Machine Learning in production, covering the full lifecycle: prototyping, training, serving, and monitoring.
- Strong foundation in advanced ML and data science concepts, with a proven ability to apply them in large-scale systems.
- Proficient with GCP data products (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Experience designing robust, scalable, and maintainable ML systems in collaboration with MLOps.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with accountability for delivery and quality.
- Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders - from game designers and product managers to data analysts - balancing technical depth with clear, outcome-focused communication.
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, bringing clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
- A supportive mentor and coach who helps others grow while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning
