We're looking for a BI Specialist to design, develop, and support Business Intelligence solutions across Group BI platforms for a global premium consumer goods company, with a particular emphasis on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and Financial Planning. This role ensures seamless data integration, advanced analytics, and robust reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

We're looking for a BI Specialist to design, develop, and support Business Intelligence solutions across Group BI platforms for a global premium consumer goods company, with a particular emphasis on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and Financial Planning. This role ensures seamless data integration, advanced analytics, and robust reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and supports Business Intelligence solutions across Group BI platforms, with emphasis on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and Financial Planning
- Integrates and manages data flows between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAC, and other business systems, ensuring high data quality and seamless data integration
- Delivers advanced analytics, predictive models, and robust reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence
- Collaborates with finance and business teams to implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions, while leading or supporting BI-related projects and user training
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in SAP BI platforms (SAC, BW/4HANA, Business Objects, Datasphere)
- Strong background in financial planning, analytics, and data integration
- Hands-on experience with data modelling, ETL, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and integration middleware (e.g., BTP Integration Suite)
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and data visualization best practices
- Experience with data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling
- Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
