We are looking for a motivated Junior Platform Engineer to join our Customer Experience Management team — the team responsible for supporting and maintaining Huawei’s service assurance platform delivered to Vodafone Turkey.
Responsibilities
- As part of this role, you will contribute to platform monitoring, ticket follow-up, reporting, and participate in software and hardware operations.
- Take ownership of issue management and alarm follow-up, ensuring timely updates and clear documentation.
- Perform daily system and platform monitoring to maintain operational stability and data accuracy.
- Prepare routine reports on system health, alarms, and data quality for internal and customer review.
- Participate in software and hardware operations, including configuration updates, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting.
- Support on-site operations at the data center, such as server, switch, or storage software installation and faulty part replacement.
- Contribute to issue validation and coordination with internal and R&D teams for resolution tracking.
- Assist in continuous improvement of monitoring, reporting, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer, or Communication Engineering (or related).
- 0–1 year of experience in telecom, IT operations, or industrial environments.
- Hands-on or internship experience in fieldwork, hardware setup, or data center environments is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and curiosity to learn scripting (Python, Shell, or SQL).
- Strong attention to detail, ownership in issue tracking, and commitment to operational discipline.
- Collaborative, eager to learn, and able to communicate effectively in English and Turkish.
