Senior .NET/C# Developer

For more than 7 years, we have been organizing sports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own sports community. We hold 45+ thousand events per month in esports and classic sports. We are looking for a Senior .NET / C# Developer to join our team and contribute to building a high-performance platform for sports analytics. If you enjoy designing scalable architecture, optimizing complex systems, and delivering clean, efficient code while collaborating closely with product and data teams - this role is for you. You’ll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, drive best engineering practices, and work on challenging tasks that have a real impact on the business.

Technology stack we work with: Microservice architecture, .NET 8+, MS Orleans, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, SignalR/WebSocket, k8s, AWS

Responsibilities

• Writing code in C# in the implementation of tools and products on a daily basis;
• Writing unit tests for functionality;
• Designing of new services
• Maintaining software development practices, such as coding conventions and code reviews;
• Troubleshooting, finding out how to prevent them in development;
• Writing technical documentation (technical design documents, architecture documentation, technical specification, etc.)
• Mentoring middle and junior developers.
• Participation in team meetings: stand-ups, grooming, task assessment, planning, retro, etc.
  
  

Requirements

• Write high-quality C# code (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core), understand OOP and SOLID concepts, and understand design patterns;
• Understanding of the algorithmic complexity;
• Have expertise in the .NET ecosystem: tools, libraries, frameworks;
• Experience in RDBMS/NoSQL: knowledge of the principles of operation of engines, ability to profile queries, understanding of the logic of indexes;
• Loyalty to DevOps practices and experience in their application: automation of development tools and quality assurance, monitoring, tracing, and debugging.
• English level Upper-intermediate and higher.
