- Generate leads and business opportunities from Local Panel Builders, OEMs, and Electrical Contractors in the assigned region (İzmir, Manisa, Aydın, Muğla).
- Achieve personal sales targets for Electrical Products.
- Act as the technical and commercial face of Siemens EP portfolio (mainly low voltage and control products).
- Define customer value propositions and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and report sales performance.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering & Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- 4+ years Sales experience in the related area.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
- Advanced in MS Office applications.
- Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
- Team player and customer focused with good interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the low voltage product & system market and technologies.
- Define goals for expanding and nurturing a set of accounts, develop strategies, plan customer interactions, and conduct reviews to track progress
- Manage the opportunity pipeline, build relationships with new customers, evaluate customer requirements, and analyze financial status. Ensure information on the pipeline is communicated to portfolio stakeholders (e.g., Business Units, Specialist Team)
- Conduct regular visits to client locations to understand their needs, provide support, and ensure satisfaction. Foster relationships, drive engagement, and ensure alignment with sales objectives, including collaboration with C-level executives.
- Wide ranging commercial and contractual experience.
- Track record of excellent communications & influencing skills.
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
