Job Opportunity: DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain automation and CI/CD solutions that improve system reliability, deployment efficiency, and observability across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You’ll work closely with development and IT teams to ensure smooth, automated delivery pipelines and stable infrastructure operations.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 6 times per month)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions for automated systems.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD processes for reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation across environments.
• Troubleshoot and improve automation workflows for performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proven senior experience in DevOps/Automation Engineering (on-prem and hybrid environments).
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and virtualized environments (VMs).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
