What You'll Do
- Lead Unity game builds from idea to launch, ensuring every title is engaging, polished, and high-performing
- Own the full production lifecycle: scoping, sprint planning, milestones, and delivery
- Champion quality—set and uphold standards for gameplay 'feel,' visual polish, and mobile performance
- Collaborate with designers and product teams, tuning game aspects based on player feedback
- Mentor and support both internal developers and external partners, reviewing and ensuring cohesive delivery
- Build repeatable, scalable processes for developing and maintaining multiple Unity titles efficiently
- 5+ years hands-on Unity game development experience
- Track record of launching polished mobile games (hypercasual or casual a big plus)
- Strong skills in gameplay feel, pacing, timing, and UX
- Experience leading teams—comfortable coaching, delegating, and collaborating
- Clear communicator—able to align diverse groups around a shared vision
- Familiarity with remote or external production partners is an advantage
