🚀 Head of Engineering (FinTech)

Industry: FinTech, Digital Banking, Payments, and Financial Platforms

Ateca is expanding its Tech & FinTech arm in Dubai, and we’re looking to connect with experienced Heads of Engineering and Tech Leaders who are passionate about driving innovation in financial technology across the Middle East.

📌 We’re particularly interested in leaders who have:

• Experience scaling engineering teams (10–100+) within FinTech, Payments, Digital Banking, or WealthTech companies.
• Strong technical background in cloud architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP), microservices, and modern stacks (Java, Python, Node.js, React).
• Proven track record in building products such as payment gateways, core banking platforms, or lending/credit systems.
• Experience working with compliance, risk, or data security frameworks in financial services.
• Ability to partner closely with Product, Design, and Compliance to deliver robust digital solutions.

📌 Ideal Profile:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of FinTech ecosystems and product lifecycle management.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation to the UAE.
