What You'll Do:
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Prepare, review, and maintain departmental reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support management in developing strategic reports and data-driven presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.
Business & Market Analysis
- Gather and analyze market competitive data to support business decisions.
- Monitor competitor marketing activities and prepare quarterly reports comparing offerings, prices, and specifications (particularly competitors to VW).
- Track and report on new product launches from key competitors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data findings.
Process & System Improvement
- Enhance and streamline administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and database management.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth operational flow.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and supervise the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee workload distribution, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Advanced Microsoft Skills: Excel (pivot tables, charts, analysis), PowerPoint (professional presentations), and Word.
- Business Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reporting and document management.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior management.
- Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle models, specifications, and industry competition.
