Data Scientist

We have partnered with a leading financial institution that is transforming how it uses data and AI to shape products, strategy, and customer experience. The organisation is embedding advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI across its ecosystem, from intelligent automation and risk modelling to customer personalisation and next-generation insights.

About the role:

The Data Scientist will design and deliver analytical and machine learning models that directly influence commercial and operational decisions. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to explore new data applications, including LLM-driven insights, predictive analytics, AI-powered automation and ensure solutions are scalable across the Azure environment.

About you:

• 4-7 years of data science experience, ideally within banking, fintech, or financial services
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and generative AI frameworks is a plus
• Experience working within cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
