About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find an experienced Technical Lead who can drive innovation and lead engineering teams through complex challenges. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through complex challenges
- Shape end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
- Implement CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code strategies
- Drive performance improvements and secure coding practices
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

- Proven experience managing and technically leading software teams
- Strong client-facing communication and credibility
- Expertise in modern engineering standards and architectural patterns
- Ability to influence bids and proposals with technical insight
