My client is a dynamic and fast-growing technology company developing and operating cutting-edge gaming platforms and solutions. With a global presence and a strong commitment to innovation, they are expanding their operations in Canada and building a new team in Toronto.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Canadian brands.
- Continuously improve the UI and UX of client-facing features through a data-driven approach.
- Conduct market research, perform competitor analysis, and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality features, platform enhancements, and system integrations.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all products fully comply with local gaming laws and regulations.
- Collect, prioritize, and triage requests from Operations and Marketing teams.
- Analyze product performance and user behavior using analytical tools to guide feature optimization.
- Prioritize product backlogs and manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related topics within your domain.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Owners, translating product concepts into detailed technical requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within feature-rich, mobile-first applications.
- Proven track record of delivering digital products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Gaming or entertainment industry experience is a strong asset.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience launching products in North American markets.
- Familiarity with regulated market environments.
