AI Business Analyst (UI/UX, Automation, Azure)

We’re looking for an AI Business Analyst who bridges business, design, and technology - someone who can translate business needs into usable AI/Gen AI and data-driven solutions with strong UX and automation focus. You’ll partner with business, data science, engineering, and risk teams to define requirements, rapidly prototype, automate workflows, and deliver compliant AI solutions on Azure and Microsoft 365. Strong preference for candidates who can build lightweight React UIs and develop Power Automate flows end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to map business processes and design intuitive wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Conduct quick usability tests and convert insights into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Shape AI solutions - define epics, data needs, and ROI while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and Responsible AI standards.
  • Build working automations using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Implement JSON-driven workflows that update SharePoint/Dataverse, integrate with APIs, and automate document handling.
  • Contribute to prompt design, grounding/RAG, and human-in-the-loop evaluation.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in business analysis or product roles (preferably in regulated industries).
  • 3+ years experience with AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms.
  • Hands-on UI/UX design - wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, usability testing.
  • Strong automation skills with Power Automate (cloud/desktop), Logic Apps, JSON, Microsoft Graph/REST APIs, and SharePoint/Dataverse.
  • Azure experience: OpenAI, AI Search, Cognitive Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Entra ID, monitoring.
  • Data tools: SQL, basic Python, Power BI/Tableau, Jira/Azure DevOps, and Git.

Nice To Have

  • React UI development (React + TypeScript, Fluent UI/Material UI, REST/Graph integration, Azure or SPFx hosting).
  • Figma proficiency: components, design tokens, clickable prototypes; ability to translate to React or Power Apps.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Power Apps, or Power Automate Desktop RPA.
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-500, AZ-900, AI-900).
