This role offers the opportunity to drive data-informed decision-making across multiple business functions. The Data Analyst will design and maintain dashboards, develop data models, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across product, finance, marketing, and sales teams. You will own projects to ensure seamless access to reliable data and help shape internal analytics processes. This position emphasizes collaboration, technical expertise, and creativity in solving complex data challenges. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact business outcomes and help scale data capabilities across the organization.
Accountabilities:
- Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and user experience
- Transform raw data into actionable insights using modern data tools and ETL processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Define, track, and instrument core business metrics such as ROI, product adoption, customer lifecycle, and financial performance
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency through testing, version control, and thorough documentation
- Lead initiatives to enable low-friction, self-service access to data for stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles
- Strong SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with modern BI platforms (e.g., Sigma, Hex) and data modeling
- Familiarity with CRM/CDP systems and B2B go-to-market analytics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to define and implement new analytics practices
- Preferred: experience with tools like dbt, Airbyte, BigQuery, and cloud-based data platforms
