Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform data using tools such as SQL, Python, or Power Query.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data-driven solutions.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms and datasets.
- Continuously improve data collection, transformation, and visualization processes to support scalability and business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, macros), and Python for data automation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data management best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience automating reporting pipelines using Python or Power Automate.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of business metrics and KPI reporting frameworks.
