We partner with leading crypto businesses in the USA who are rapidly expanding their Solana/SVM teams and looking for top-tier talent. We're seeking Mid-Level to Lead Solana Developers to build, secure, and scale the next generation of decentralized finance protocols.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, implementing, and deploying mission-critical smart contracts within the Solana/SVM ecosystem.
• Contributing to live DeFi protocols that manage significant value on the Solana mainnet.
• Owning features end-to-end, connecting on-chain logic with secure APIs and robust backend systems (e.g., using Go or similar languages).
• Obsessively focusing on security, gas usage optimization, and transaction reliability across the entire protocol stack.
• Collaborating closely with DevOps, product, and growth teams to rapidly iterate and deliver production-ready dApps.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Deep, demonstrable smart-contract experience within the Solana/SVM ecosystem.
• Proven track record of contributing to live DeFi protocols that have successfully held funds on mainnet (we'll be checking!).
• Fluency in core Solana tooling and languages like Rust, Anchor, Pinocchio.
• Expertise with testing frameworks such as Mollusk, plus a strong focus on fuzz testing and formal verification.
• Deep understanding of SVM DeFi and the architectural considerations for scaling protocols safely.
• Experience with on-chain data indexing and querying solutions and handling high-throughput RPCs/APIs (e.g., Helius, QuickNode).
• Critical Full-Stack and Security Mindset:
• Strong experience designing and securing APIs and backend services to interact reliably with blockchain networks.
• A security-obsessed approach: proactively hunting vulnerabilities (reentrancy, access control) and writing robust, defensive code.
• Commitment to engineering best practices, high-quality code, and strong test coverage.
• Familiarity with modern backend stacks (Go, Postgres, Kubernetes).
• Experience with consumer mobile apps or building user-centric, high-growth products.
