  • Contribute to frontend development using React and Next.js, ensuring smooth user experience and operational visibility
  • Develop event-driven systems leveraging Kafka for real-time data processing and communication
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance, observability, and reliability
  • Participate in technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and take full ownership of services from concept to deployment

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and CQRS/DDD design patterns
  • Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication systems
  • Solid skills in SQL database design and performance optimization
  • Strong knowledge of React, modern frontend frameworks, and Next.js, including state management tools (React Query, Context API, or custom hooks)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (Prometheus, Splunk)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Nice to have: familiarity with crypto protocols, staking mechanisms, Rust, or experience in financial or regulated environments

Benefits

  • Target annual salary range: $127,000 - $203,000, depending on skills and experience
  • Additional compensation opportunities through bonus, equity, and wellness programs
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) (US only)
  • Full remote work flexibility with a distributed international team
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a pioneering crypto environment
  • Supportive and inclusive culture that values transparency, innovation, and professional excellence
