WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role blends executive support, project management, and delivery oversight to ensure alignment, accountability, and seamless execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple priorities with discretion, and builds strong cross-functional relationships to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution & Follow-Up: Drive progress on key initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating responsible parties, and ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and manage follow-up actions for leadership and direct report meetings.
- Calendar & Coordination: Manage the Leader’s calendar, prioritize scheduling, and align time allocation with strategic objectives.
- Project & Delivery Oversight: Act as a project manager for critical initiatives—defining ownership, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Communications & Alignment: Support preparation for organization-wide communications, team updates, and leadership messages to maintain clarity and alignment.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality across all communications and materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to foster accountability and coordination of deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program coordination, delivery management, or executive support within a complex or global organization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and ensure accountability across diverse stakeholders.
- Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills for executive communications.
- Prior experience supporting C-level or senior leadership teams.
Salary Range:
$80,000 – $90,000 USD
