  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • 5 years of experience in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, DataStudio, or similar technologies).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing data pipelines and dimensional data modeling for system integration and implementation.
  • Experience working with data infrastructure and performing exploratory queries and scripts on data sets.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.

About The Job

The YouTube Measurement Partner Engineering and Operations team is responsible for supporting critical business decisions within the YouTube Partner Engineering organization. In this role, you will ensure accurate and consistent internal data, and support business intelligence initiatives. The team provides technical support and analytical services to partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead business intelligence initiatives across the YouTube Measurement Partner Engineering (YTMPE) APIs and Reporting team, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-product area stakeholders and partners.
  • Oversee and drive core projects within the APIs team, including Ads Planning APIs Analytics, BrandConnect BI, Data API Analytics and Reporting.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless implementation and design of data pipelines and business-critical dashboards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-impact, scalable business intelligence solutions, including interactive dashboards, standardized reports, and self-service tools.
  • Take ownership of data integrity by designing and optimizing data models and dimensional schemas.
