Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis of budgets and forecasts, providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement financial models and business cases for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and value creation.
• Drive financial planning processes, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to present monthly performance updates, identify risks and opportunities, and influence business decisions with data-backed recommendations.
• Partner with business units to assess investment proposals, analyze cost efficiency, and support operational decision-making through financial stewardship.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, QR procedures, and support audit readiness through transparent reporting and controls.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School or Diploma with minimum 9 years of job related experience OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial finance or business control role, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Experience in working with Commercial Sales domain
• Solid business finance background with experience in setting up or working within finance support structures.
• Experience in managing a small to medium sized teams
• Strong ability to manage and engage with senior stakeholders (Executive Management and C- Suite Level)
• Exceptional financial analysis and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
