Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering analytical solutions that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and impactful way.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards with a focus on usability and clarity.
• Work with large datasets in Postgres, writing complex SQL queries to prepare and analyze data.
• Apply strong expertise in Tableau to deliver advanced visualizations; contribute to adoption of Superset where applicable.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Use basic Python and JavaScript to extend Tableau functionality where required.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders based in Europe to refine requirements and deliver value.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and improvements in data analysis practices within the team. 

  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tableau (design, optimization, advanced visualizations).
• Experience writing complex SQL queries in Postgres.
• Basic working knowledge of Python/JavaScript (for Tableau customizations).
• Superset experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work in a distributed, Europe-based team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Upper Intermediate or higher English level
