Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing mobile application interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across iOS and Android web, platforms, with Figma as the core design and collaboration tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Utilize AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance design ideation, content generation, and prototyping speed.
• Apply prompting skills to efficiently generate visual or textual design concepts using AI tools.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into visually appealing and user-centric designs.
• Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines, design systems, and platform-specific standards (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and libraries in Figma for scalability and consistency.
• Continuously improve the mobile app experience based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in mobile design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in mobile application development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects (iOS and Android) created in Figma.
• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, interactive components, prototyping, collaboration features) and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
• Strong prompt-writing ability for AI tools to produce creative and contextually relevant design outputs.
• Experience using AI and generative design tools to speed up design ideation, asset creation, and layout generation
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile usability best practices.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

• 2 to 3 years of Experience (e.g., Figma’s interactive prototyping, etc).
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React Native, Flutter basics) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience in creating and maintaining advanced design systems in Figma.
• Understanding of accessibility standards in mobile design.
• Exposure to AI-powered design workflows (e.g., generating wireframes, UI copy, icons, or illustrations through prompts).
• Interest in exploring emerging AI tools that enhance creativity and design productivity.
